Founded in 2012 by Pastor Shannon and First Lady Nikki McNeil . VLC began with less than 20 members; Services were initially held at the Mancus Foundation in Wilmington, DE. As the church grew, we relocated our services to Elks Lodge in New Castle, DE, ultimately leading us to 201 Possum Park in Newark, DE. Our current location at 1218 Pulaski Highway in Bear, DE has been our home for over 3 Years. VLC has grown steadily to a few hundred active partners with an average of 125-150 partners, friends, and visitors joining our Sunday morning services each week. VLC was birthed from great loss into Victory. It takes faith to start again in order to rebuild, regain, and restore.
